Assisi Animal Health Announces its Challenge Grant to Help Animals Affected by Hurricane Harvey

New York – September 7, 2017 – Assisi Animal Health is pleased to announce its support of a Challenge Grant to the AKC Reunite Pet Disaster Relief Fund, for a total of $10,000. These funds are to support saving and reuniting pets with their families affected by #HurricaneHarvey in Texas and Louisiana.REUNITE_Two Blue Color Logo CMYK.jpg

The Assisi Animal Health Challenge is the fourth Challenge Grant in support of the AKC Reunite Pet Disaster Relief Fund. All donated funds are used entirely for relief programs, with no administrative fees.

Francis Russo, Chief Operating Officer at Assisi Animal Health, commented “As dedicated members of the Veterinary Medicine and Animal Care community, our hearts go out to the pets and their families affected by Hurricane Harvey. We are proud to join the animal community at large, and the American Kennel Club and AKC Reunite, in furthering their efforts in Texas and Louisiana with this challenge grant.”
